Shipping within the US: Domestic orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed and should arrive within 3-5 business days after being shipped. Orders are shipped via USPS, DHL,or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the package.

International Shipping: International orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed and should arrive within 10-12 business days after being shipped. International orders are shipped via DHL Plus, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country's customs and postal system. Please note that customs fees and duties may be applied by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control or influence over these charges and are unable to provide information on them prior to shipment. Our customers are only responsible for paying for the product, tax, and shipping costs provided on our website.

Free Shipping: we offer free standard shipping within the United States and abroad.

Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for international orders.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may not be processed until the following business day.

Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been picked up for shipping or already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may return the product(s) for a refund once you receive them.
